Payments
Payment is done via PayPal, direct checkout or credit card at the moment of purchase. Payment must be made immediately in order to receive your download.
E-CHECK PAYMENTS:
If your payment has been processed as an e-check through PayPal, your order will be put on hold as "pending' and your direct links can only be sent to you when your payment has cleared.
Digital downloads
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Due to the digital nature of the artworks, refunds or store credits are NOT available. If you have an issue with your file, please convo me and I will do my best to help you, or replace the item - with the same item emailed directly to you, instead of a download.
Due to Instant downloads being offered Cancellation of a purchase is not permitted, unless you mistakenly purchased 2 of the same items. All sales are final.
